The building permit for Phase 2 of the refurbishment project "Pharma Production Trommsdorff" has been granted. Phase 2 comprises a suite of clean rooms for the weighing and probing of raw materials, complete with associated air locks, gowning rooms, offices and technical spaces. Construction has started and the area is scheduled for handover in the 4th quarter of 2012. We are providing all services according to HOAI and the project management.

February 2012

The "Institution for Statutory Accident Insurance and Prevention in the Woodworking and Metalworking Industry" (phew!)  decided to merge two Cologne branches and move them to the Ossendorf Technology Center OTC. We have been commissioned to render all services according to the HOAI for this fit out and to manage the construction process. Construction has started, handover is scheduled for the 3rd quarter of 2012.

February 2012

As part of a Federal Program the City of Cologne is adapting their kindergardens to cater for kids under the age of 3. For round about 30 facilities we are responsible for the construction works involved, the first of which will come on line in the next weeks.

In the context of the UN International Year of Chemistry 2011 our client Trommsdorff GmbH & Co. KG opened the pharmaceutical production facilities in Aachen, Germany, to the public on September 24th. 248 companies and 40 universities counted more than 420.000 visitors on this nationwide open day of the chemical industry.

Bösl + Eck provides comprehensive services in connection with new builds and refurbishments for this production site. For the open day we prepared a presentation which undertakes to explain the refurbishment and extension of the so called staging zone to the general public.
